About Us

 

Public Safety Communication Management Services (PSCMS) offers training programs, and management and consulting services to public safety agencies.  These programs and services have been developed and are provided by professionals who have worked directly in the field of public safety. 

  

PSCMS has the knowledge, expertise and experience to design and provide training and consulting services that will benefit individuals, groups, and agencies in the public safety arena.

 

Kathleen Jameson is the founder and director of PSCMS.  She retired from the Colorado State Patrol as the Communications Director after a 25 year career.  She commanded the Colorado State Patrol Communications Branch, comprised of 136 members, and was responsible for overseeing operations in five regional emergency communication centers located throughout Colorado. 

 

During her tenure, Kathleen was involved in the consolidation of 17 communication centers, implementation of the Colorado State Patrol’s first Computer Aided Dispatch system, and the migration to the Digital Trunked Radio System.  She has a strong background and vast experience in managing operations and personnel within the world of public safety communications.
