Training Programs

The quality of service provided by public safety communication centers has a direct and lasting impact on the citizen requesting assistance, emergency response personnel, and the image of the agency. PSCMS believes the quality of service provided by an emergency communication center is directly impacted not only by professional skills and abilities, but also by the morale, commitment, and dedication of communication personnel and the supervisory and management staff.

The training programs offered by PSCMS place a strong emphasis on the development of professional, interpersonal, leadership, supervisory and management skills.

To host a training program, the host agency provides a training room, light refreshments, and assists PSCMS in disseminating class information.  Host agencies receive two complimentary registrations.  PSCMS covers all other costs.  For additional information, contact PSCMS at info@pscms.net or call 303.948.7900.
